1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "222vd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 222vd platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at https://222vd.io and any associated mobile web interface operated by 222vd.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 222vd platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a Member on the 222vd platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 222vd that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 222vd requires all Members to complete before processing withdrawal requests.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on the 222vd platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the time zone used for all date and time references in these Terms & Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 222vd platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 222vd platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and 222vd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 222vd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of Account ownership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 222vd strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately and permanently closed with any balance returned to the payment source used at registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 222vd is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 222vd platform, whether voluntarily through the self-exclusion tool or involuntarily as a result of a terms violation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

222vd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 222vd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 222vd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

222vd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our sole discretion and without providing a reason.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

All Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. 222vd may also request verification documents at any time for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, or age verification.

Acceptable Verification Documents

• Government-issued national identity card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Source of funds declaration (required for high-value accounts)

Documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital copies. Cropped, edited, or illegible documents will not be accepted. 222vd aims to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving a complete document set.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal verification request will be suspended. Accounts suspended for KYC non-compliance may have their real-money balance returned to the payment method used at registration, less any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 222vd Account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit varies by payment method and may be subject to daily caps. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

222vd does not accept deposits from third parties. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

222vd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which 222vd has no control.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outbound transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard and may vary depending on your account tier and verification status.

222vd aims to process the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume.

Withdrawal requests submitted while any part of your Account balance is subject to an active wagering requirement will be placed on hold until the relevant requirement is fulfilled. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal of real-money funds if the requirement is incomplete.

222vd reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are initiated, processing times may be extended by up to five business days while the review is conducted.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

222vd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. Specific promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general rules apply to all 222vd bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds — once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full — are transferable to the real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• 222vd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, 222vd will provide reasonable notice before reclaiming it, except in cases of suspected bonus abuse or terms violation.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 222vd reserves the right to disqualify any Member from a promotion and to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended operation of the promotion.

9 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the 222vd platform is governed by the General Betting Rules published on the platform, supplemented by sport-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered sports. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of betting matters.

Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except where 222vd exercises its right to void a market under these terms.
• 222vd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Affected Members will be notified and the staked amount returned to their Account balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. 222vd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach completion, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as set out in the sport-specific rules documentation.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 222vd platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG card games, arcade titles, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are defined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface.

All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been tested for fairness by independent third-party auditors. 222vd does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game round, 222vd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Account balance. Incomplete game rounds resulting from a Member's own internet connection failure are subject to auto-resolution rules defined by the relevant game provider.

Live casino games are broadcast in real time from studio environments operated by the game provider. 222vd has no control over the physical environment or the actions of live dealer personnel; however, all live games are subject to the same RNG certification and fair-play standards as RNG titles.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222vd platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent Account closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or using more than one Account on the 222vd platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Conducting transactions through the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment — including, without limitation, using the platform to process, transfer, or launder funds of illicit origin.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained through fraudulent means.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim new-member promotions, coordinating wagering activity with other accounts to meet bonus turnover requirements artificially, or systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies solely to convert bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 222vd staff or other Members through any communication channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 222vd platform — including but not limited to the 222vd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 222vd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222vd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. 222vd's licence to offer such content does not extend any rights over that content to Members.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222vd shall not be liable to any Member for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of it, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, data loss, or connectivity issue affecting the platform.
• Any decision made by 222vd in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including the voiding of bets, suspension of accounts, or withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.
• Any loss of winnings or potential winnings resulting from a game malfunction, data feed error, or any other technical event outside the control of 222vd.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessible through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 222vd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

222vd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

222vd will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment service providers, identity verification partners, and fraud-prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

15 Responsible Gaming

222vd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All Members have access to a suite of responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 222vd enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. 16 Account Closure

Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the 222vd support team. Upon receiving a closure request, 222vd will process any eligible outstanding balance to the Member's registered payment method after deducting any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions, and will close the Account within five business days.

222vd reserves the right to close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 11.
• 222vd is required to do so by law, regulation, or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
• 222vd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required period.

Where an Account is closed by 222vd due to a terms violation, all balances — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. 222vd will provide written notice of such forfeiture where permitted by law.

17 Amendments

222vd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes — defined as changes that substantively affect Members' rights or obligations — 222vd will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 222vd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.

18 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 222vd is registered and operated.

Any dispute between a Member and 222vd that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
